Souvenir Automat is a Visual Music study by Milan Schell (Music and Media student). It concerns the attempt to visually support the musical development of tension in the student's own composition. Although audio and video composition can stand on their own, combining both aims at achieving plausibility and an extension in dimension, thus creating a new entity without generating an artificial effect. This should be successful even though it is made more difficult by applying two different animations on a single repeated musical unit.
