The film music for the stop-motion animated film William and D-I6 was created as a project in the Media Composition major.
Gregor Keienburg (Music and Media degree program) composed a score that combines leitmotifs and paraphrasing of the visual events. The film, which deals with humanity and mechanics in a playful way, was written and filmed by Markus Zimmermann, an IMM alumnus as his master’s thesis in Media Design. Hanno Poths and Philip Swoboda, Media Composition majors, also worked on the sound design.
